<br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 09/24/2018) <br />Page 13 of 18 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br /> <br />Scope of work, Per McKinstry Letter dated October 13, 2020, includes equipment, labor and <br />materials to perform the following work: <br /> <br />• Permits as required for the build. <br />• Shutdown and Isolation (2) Outdoor Units. <br />• Refrigerant recovery of the two systems <br />• Demolition consists of the following: <br />• Remove and dispose of (2) Outdoor Units. <br />• Demo and recycle existing refrigeration piping as shown on drawings. <br />• Remove and preserve the outside air louver and plenum. (To be re-installed <br />once complete) <br />• Remove and recycle (2) existing cooling coils located in the Mezzanine. <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• Equipment, Rentals, and Materials included in quote: <br />• (2) Trane 20-Ton air cooled condensing units. <br />• (2) Trane cooling coils <br />• Forward reach forklift rental for demo and installation use <br />• Installation consists of the following: <br />• (2) Trane condensing units on the existing concrete pads. <br /> <br />EXCLUSIONS <br />• Electrical work of any nature <br />• Sales, Use and B&O tax <br />• Hazardous materials assessment, removal, or disposal <br />• Any work not specifically noted as included in this proposal <br />• Unforeseen and hidden conditions <br />• Engineering, calculations, drawings and peer review services <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
