34.THEDRUG-FREEWORKPLACEACTOF1988(41U.S.C.8103)34.1.TheSUB-RECIPIENTshall:34.1.1.Publishastatementnotifyingemployeesthattheunlawfulmanufacture,distribution,dispensing,possession,oruseofacontrolledsubstanceisprohibitedintheworkplaceandshallspecifytheactionsthatwillbetakenagainstemployeesforviolationofsuchprohibition.34.1.2.Establishadrug-freeawarenessprogramtoinformemployeesaboutthedangersofdrugabuseintheworkplace;theSUB-RECIPIENT'spolicyofmaintainingadrug-freeworkplace;anyavailabledrugcounseling,rehabilitation,andemployeeassistanceprograms;andthepenaltiesthatmaybeimposeduponemployeesfordrugviolationsoccurringintheworkplace.34.1.3.Makeitarequirementthateachemployeeengagedintheperformanceofthegrantbegivenacopyofthestatementrequiredbyparagraph36.1.1.ofthissection.34.1.4.Notifytheemployeeinthestatementrequiredbyparagraph36.l.l.ofthissectionthat,asaconditionofemploymentunderthegrant,theemployeewillabidebythetermsofthestatement,notifytheemployerofanycriminaldrugstatuteconvictionforaviolationoccurringintheworkplacenolaterthanfivedaysaftersuchconviction,andnotifytheWTSCwithin10daysafterreceivingnoticefromanemployeeorotherwisereceivingactualnoticeofsuchconviction.34.1.5.Takeoneofthefollowingactionswithin30daysofreceivingnoticeunderparagraph36.1.3.ofthissection,withrespecttoanyemployeewhoissoconvicted:takeappropriatepersonnelactionagainstsuchanemployee,uptoandincludingtermination,and/orrequiresuchemployeetoparticipatesatisfactorilyinadrugabuseassistanceorrehabilitationprogramapprovedforsuchpurposesbyafederal,state,orlocalhealth,lawenforcement,orotherappropriateagency.34.1.6.Makeagoodfaithefforttocontinuetomaintainadrug-freeworkplacethroughimplementationofalloftheparagraphsabove.35.FEDERALFUNDINGACCOUNTABILITYANDTRANSPARENCYACT(FFATA)InaccordancewithFFATA,theSUB-RECIPIENTshall,uponrequest,provideWTSCthenamesandtotalcompensationofthefivemosthighlycompensatedofficersoftheentity,iftheentityintheprecedingfiscalyearreceived80percentormoreofitsannualgrossrevenuesinfederalawards,received$25,000,000ormoreinannualgrossrevenuesfromfederalawards,andifthepublicdoesnothaveaccesstoinformationaboutthecompensationoftheseniorexecutivesoftheentitythroughperiodicreportsfiledundersection13(a)or15(d)oftheSecuritiesExchangeActof1934orsection6104oftheInternalRevenueCodeof1986.36.FEDERALLOBBYING36.1.Theundersignedcertifies,tothebestofhisorherknowledgeandbelief,that:36.1.1.Nofederalappropriatedfundshavebeenpaidorwillbepaid,byoronbehalfoftheundersigned,toanypersonforinfluencingorattemptingtoinfluenceanofficeroremployeeofanyagency,aMemberofCongress,anofficeroremployeeofCongress,oranemployeeofaMemberofCongressinconnectionwiththeawardingofanyfederalcontract,themakingofanyfederalgrant,themakingofanyfederalloan,the
