BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020 - <br />ADOPTING OF KITTITAS COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS MONTHLY EQUIPMENT <br />RENTAL RATES PURSUANT TO REVISED CODE OF WASHINGTON 36.33A.040 <br />FOR 2021 <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Public Works is required to maintain an Equipment Rental and <br />Replacement Fund (Fund 501) pursuant to Revised Code of Washington (RCW) <br />36.33A.10; and <br />WHEREAS: The basis of Equipment Rental was set to monthly rates per Resolution 2018-086; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: Equipment Rental Rates shall be subject to annual review by the Legislative body <br />pursuant to RCW 36.33A.40; and <br />WHEREAS: Monthly Equipment Rental Rates for 2021 are hereto attached to this Resolution <br />as Exhibit "A"; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby adopt the monthly Equipment Rental Rates for 2021 <br />within Kittitas County Fund 501. <br />DATED this 3rd day of November 2020, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Brett Wachsmith, Chairman <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />Laura Osiadacz, Vice -Chairman <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Cory Wright, Commissioner <br />
