As specified in RCW B7.Bo.o5o, the attached notice will be published in <br />the official newspaper for Kittitas County. RCW B7.Bo.o5o also requires that a copy of <br />the notice be mailed to the department of ecology at Olympia at least thirty days prior to <br />the date of the hearing.
