Degrees North/Bull&og Flats issue. The SEPA iszue may bc an issue that meinbers of the commrmity may have. More and more people will have opinions on this matt€r. It would be good for council to hear the level of interest fiom the public regarding SEPA issues, espcially regarding the 47 Degees North Project. Council meinber llarpc noted SEPA rcquires a public hearing at the Planning Comnission lwel, Appeals to council, which is unqualified to deliberate on this subjeot, could reeult in poor dccisions; it would be better to send appeals to a qualified judge.
