Eligible costs include: <br /> First and last months’ rent <br /> Housing security deposits <br /> Utility deposits <br /> Incentives paid to landlords <br /> Application fees, background check fees, credit check fees <br /> Other costs as approved in advance by Commerce <br /> Flexible Funding <br />Flexible Funding is the provision of goods or payments of expenses which directly help a participant <br />to obtain or maintain housing or meet essential household needs. <br /> <br />3 Allowable Expenses
