Describe how this evaluation report was prepared and how it was submitted to the <br />governing body, released to the media, and made available to the public: <br />Kittitas County public works staff presented progress in implementing the Hazard <br />Mitigation Plan, focusing on County -Wide Mitigation Initiatives and the <br />Unincorporated Kittitas County Mitigation Initiatives at the October 12, 2020 Public <br />Works Study Session. This report has been posted to Kittitas County's website and <br />a press release issued notifying the public about its availability. <br />3. Provide a description of the implementation of each recommendation or action item <br />in the action plan or area analysis report, including a statement on how the project <br />was implemented or not implemented during the previous year: <br />Please see the attached document which provides the description for each of the <br />County -Wide and unincorporated Kittitas County Mitigation Initiatives. <br />4. Discuss why any objectives were not reached or why implementation is behind <br />schedule: <br />Staff capacity limitations and delays associated with COVID-19 and uncertainty <br />initially created by stay-at-home orders, delayed implementation of some Flood <br />Control Zone District activities, but work has commenced. <br />
