Written correction to B.10 made by Kittitas County authorized official, <br />Arden Thomas, Water Resource Manager, who provided the Base Flood Elevation utilizing the FIS profile. <br />Flood Development Permit FD -19-00036 was issued on December 19, 2019 and re -issued on May 4, 2020 to update <br />the permit based on more detailed site-specific information. <br />The Effective FIS and the Preliminary FIS (dated 3/2612018) were both utilized to determine the Community's design flood <br />elevation (G10). <br />The building includes a crawlspace, but there is not a fully enclosed space below the base flood elevation (the top of <br />bottom floor and lowest and highest adjacent grade elevations are all above the base flood elevation). This structure <br />therefore meets Kittitas County Code requirements that the lowest floor lowest floor of the manufactured home is elevated <br />one foot or more above the base flood elevation.
