10-12-2020 2 <br /> <br />November Study Session and Airport Advisory Committee meeting and a final product draft at <br />the December Study Session and Airport Advisory Committee meeting with the final vote in <br />January. <br /> <br />The motion was Seconded by Vice-Chairman, Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Discussion continued to suggest a member of the BoCC sit on the Advisory Committee as a non- <br />voting member to help facilitate productive communication. <br /> <br />Motion Passed. Chairman Wachsmith, Vice Chairman Osiadacz – yay; Commissioner Wright’s <br />motion. <br /> <br />Hanger Lease Discussion: Study Session <br />Benjamin West informed the BoCC on current lease updates and requested advise on how to <br />proceed on development of revised lease templates for each type of Airport Lease. It was <br />suggested to continue moving forward with assistance from the Pro secutors office and Airport <br />Advisory Committee to develop these leases. Benjamin also discussed the need for future <br />public hearings on upcoming leases, these will be requested at the next BoCC meeting. <br /> <br />Airport Goals: Study Session <br />Discussion of the airport goals as an update to the BoCC on progression at Bowers Field by <br />Benjamin West.
