Participate in Kittitas County Health Network' (KCHN's) monthly Leadership Council and <br />Opioid Response Work Group meetings. <br />2. Participate in task forces addressing barriers to recovery (housing, transportation, child <br />care, etc.) <br />3. Provide quarterly reports summarizing progress on each activity in the above work plan <br />and providing data for the measures. Quarterly reports will be due on the same dates as <br />the Invoice Deadline Dates listed in Exhibit 3. <br />
