Fafiicipating in anci providing i-ACT Trainer training, <br />e , Monitoring by direct ol:servation or video recordings of i-ACT sesslons for ac{herence and <br />compliance to i-ACT program standards; <br />d. Reporling rnonitoring results to ths JR Juvenile Court Program Aclministrator and lo the $tatewide <br />WSART Quality AssLrrsnce $pecialist on a monlhly basis; <br />(:1. Providing assislance wiih individual i-ACT Trainers improvement plans; ar"ld <br />f. participating in implenreniation arrd ongoirrg program development meetings. <br />Deliverables. <br />a. Monthly Reporling <br />Th€ Contractor shall provide mCInthly activity and nronitoring summary reports to the JR Juvenile <br />Co urt Program Adnri n istrator. <br />b. Quarterly Reporting <br />The Contractor on a quarterly basis shall provide the JR Juyenile Oourl Program Adrninisirator ancl <br />the $tatewide WSART Quality Assurance $pecialist (AA$) a repori ftal summarizes the following <br />information for all i-ACT Trainers s*rved that quarter: <br />(1) Number af i-AC"l"Trainers served; <br />(2) Number of i-ACT Trainers placed on lnformal lmprovernent plans; <br />(3) l{umb*r of |-ACT Trainers who suecessfirlly completed their lnformal lmprovenrent Flans; <br />{4) Number of |-ACT Trainers who did not compleie or uft$uccessfully completed their lnformal <br />lrlprovement Flans and were I'eferred to the WSART QAS for further action. <br />c.
