As manager cf these two United Ststes Equestrian Federation and Arabian Horue Asrociation competitions, I see a territic need for this covered facility. We have limited choices of eguine facilities in silr state for our eguestrian athletes to romp€te. This covered Arana at the Washington Horse Park in Cle Elurn, wculd create gptions for multiple equectrian competitions, Our Arabian community urges you to support the Washingion State Hcrse Park application for 52.0 million in capital funding fsr a Covered Arena and Associated 9uild-Out submitted by the Washington State Horse Park. The Horse Park ic located in Cle Elum and has been in operation tor slx years. The 112 acre Horse Park is a destination veflil€ amongequine enthusiastg tha! attracts 30 thousa*d visitors p€r vser. 9596 ofthese attendeeg are from outside rhe local ar€a creatins a 52.5 million in overnlght stays.
