<br />. Our firm - was founded in 1983 as a sole
<br />proprietorship to provide planning, design, and
<br />development services. We have insurance with
<br />USAA including errors and omissions with
<br />Hartford Insurance.. Our experience - includes over 1 50 projects
<br />35 of which were economic development
<br />strategies developing brands, logos, taglines,
<br />promotional themes, collateral materials,
<br />gateways, and wayfinding signage systems for
<br />drivers, bicyclists, and pedestrians with visual,
<br />tactile, sensory, and auditory features.. Our example proiects - includes the award-
<br />winning work for Oak Harbor, Chehalis, Friday
<br />Harbor, Longview, Kelso, Snoqualmie,
<br />Kennewick, Birch Bay, Mercer Island, and Kittitas
<br />County that included economic, marketing,
<br />branding, Iogo, gateway, and wayfinding
<br />signage installations as well as sign ordinances
<br />and design guidelines.

<br />your Sign Ordinance and Sign Design Guidelines
<br />and previous Park, Recreation & Open Space
<br />(PROS) PIan and Impact Fees. Consequently, we
<br />are very familiar with your city.
<br />Tom's experience includes

<br />design guidelines and low-cost loan assistance

<br />His plans and projects have one of the highest
<br />implementation rates in the consulting industry
<br />and have been recognized with 46 awards from
<br />a variety of professional organizations.
<br />As Team Leader/Project Manager, Tom will be
<br />solely responsible for all schedules, budgets,
<br />products, and particulars as he has been on
<br />all of the firm's projects.
