EXHIBIT B <br />EASTON SCHOOL DISTRICT MITIGATION <br /> <br /> <br />Ordinance 18-006 applicable conditions: <br /> <br />Condition #1 <br />l) The applicant shall enter into a development agreement with Kittitas County to provide a <br />proportionate share of mitigation for impacts to Easton School District and Kittitas <br />County Fire District #3 as follows: <br />1.1 Easton School District: Mitigation shall be provided for the impacts to <br />school facilities and transportation based on a total of 53 new students. <br />(Determined using 79% (89 units rather than 113 units) of Alternatives 3D <br />and 5, Tenure Scenario 1, page 3-135 of the FEIS.) <br /> <br />Condition 30.3 Schools <br />The FEIS examines impacts to the Easton School District. Impacts of the current <br />proposal are most similar to those identified in Alternatives 3D and 5. The FEIS <br />suggests project contribution to increased District costs. Such contributions can be <br />made a condition of a Development Agreement. The applicant shall contact <br />Easton School District and develop mitigation measures. Mitigation measures <br />shall be included in the development agreement. <br />Mitigation for the foregoing shall be met by a mitigation fee payment of $500 per unit for a total <br />of 89 units. This fee shall be paid at building permit issuance.
