As you are aware, this proposal was subject to a 30 -day public <br />comment period which ended on July 24, 2019 at 5:00 pm. All comments received were <br />transmitted to you via email on July 31, 2019 and have been attached to this letter for your <br />reference. <br />Kittitas County has reviewed the information submitted by the applicant on March 29, 2019. <br />Additionally, county staff has reviewed all public and agency comments received. Please <br />provide a response to each comment received, either through direct response to the comment or <br />by indicating how the issue(s) raised by the commenter has been addressed by the proposed <br />development agreement.
