Development Agreement Application <br />Comments <br />To: Dusty Pilkington, Planning Official <br />From: Jesse Cox, Environmental Health Supervisor <br />Date: July 24, 2019 <br />RE: DV -19-00001 <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the above mentioned project regarding water and <br />septic requirements to comply with Kittitas County Public Health Department's Environmental <br />Health requirements. <br />Findings <br />On Site Sewage <br />• Residential lots will be served by an On-site septic system. <br />• The RV complex will be served with a Large On -Site System designed to DOH standards <br />with DOH oversight. <br />• Prior to any development on the steeper eastern slopes, a sewage disposal master plan <br />shall be submitted to Kittitas County Environmental Health. <br />Water <br />• The applicant's plan for domestic water is to connect to the Easton Water District system <br />for the future homes. <br />A Additional Information Required <br />No information is required for further review <br />1 <br />
