Date: July 22, 2019 <br />Kittitas County Fire District #3 <br />PO Sox 52, Easton, WA 98925 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />To: Dusty Pilkington <br />Kittitas County Community Development Services <br />From: Kittitas County Fire District 3 Board of Commissioners <br />Subject: Marion Meadows Development Agreement <br />Project File # DV -19-00001 <br />The Kittitas County Fire District #3 Commissioners concerns: <br />JUL 2 4 2019 <br />Mttitas County CDS <br />The Hoard of Commissioners of Kittitas County's Ordinance #2018-006 requires the applicant to contact <br />our District to determine appropriate mitigation measures for this project. it was also required that the <br />applicant properly notify the District of the application and public hearing. <br />To this date, no contact nor notification has been received by the District from this applicant. The District <br />was notified via a third party of the upcoming public hearing. We Commissioners believe the applicant <br />has not been forthcoming and their actions are being deliberate and calculated by not following your <br />requirements.
