Our permitting process will require a predesign report along with a site evaluation and environmental review to determine if the LOSS is feasible. If the LOSS is feasible, an engineering report and plans and specs will need to be approved by DOH. For the outlined ownership/oversight mechanism, we will also require a detailed management plan for the LOSS, including details on the transfer of ownership from the developer to the owners association. DOH requires that Marian Meadows/Easton Water District submit estimated water usage quantities, so that DOH can determine that the number of new connections, that are proposed for Marian Meadows, can be served by the existing system.
