5. Reasonable Cooperation. The Parties agree to cooperate fully and to take all additional <br />action that may be necessary or appropriate to give full force and effect to the basic terms and <br />intent of this Agreement. <br />6. Costs, Expenses and Attome�,s' Fees. The Parties will bear their own costs, expenses and <br />attorneys' fees as they were originally incurred in connection with the matters covered by this <br />Agreement. <br />7. Miscellaneous. The obligations of the Parties hereunder shall be specifically enforceable <br />and shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon their respective successors and assigns. <br />This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Parties respecting its subject matter <br />and shall not be modified or amended except in a writing signed by all Parties. This Agreement <br />shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington. <br />Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit or replace any Party's obligations under <br />applicable laws or the Ordinance. The Parties agree that any rule of construction to the effect <br />that ambiguities are to be resolved in favor of either Party shall not be employed in the <br />interpretation of this Agreement and is hereby waived. This Agreement shall be construed as a <br />whole. The misplacement, addition or omission of a word or character shall not change the <br />intent of any part of this Agreement from that set forth by this Agreement.
