The application has been reviewed by county staff and <br />the prosecuting attorney's office and is Deemed Complete as of June 3, 2019. Continued processing of your application <br />will include, but not be limited to the following actions: <br />Posting of the property by the applicant is required along each street frontage. Signage may be obtained at the <br />Community Development Services offices during regular business hours. <br />2. According to KCC 15A.030.060, a Notice of Application will be sent to the public (adjacent landowners), <br />Kittitas County departments, and non -County governmental agencies inviting written comments on this <br />proposal. <br />Requests for clarification, amendments, or additional information may be sent to you following the public <br />comment period. <br />4. Notification of the public hearing date. <br />The Board of County Commissioners will consider recommendation from staff regarding the proposal and <br />make a final decision on the proposed Development Agreement. <br />You may pick up the "Land Use Action" sign at the CDS office during regular business hours to be posted on-site so it <br />is visible to the traveling public and return the signed affidavit of posting to my attention.
