INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT CONSIDERING ANNEXATION AND DEVELOPMENT WITHIN <br />THE URBAN GROWTH AREA OF ELLENSBURG <br />Mark Cook gave background on the agreement and the previous attempts <br />to get the interlocal with the City of Ellensburg updated and <br />finalized. Mark Cook stated that in 2017 the issue with the <br />agreement was centered about transportation impact fees. Mark Cook <br />continued that county staff along with Commissioner Brett Wachsmith <br />and City of Ellensburg staff met to discuss getting an agreement <br />drafted that all parties can agree on. Mark Cook stated that <br />Prosecuting Attorney Neil Caulkins was also involved in the review <br />and all parties believe the agreement is ready for consideration. <br />Discussion was held.
