(via WebEx) <br /> <br />Others Via WebEx: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy <br />Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk <br />of the Board I; Clay Myers, Sheriff; Judy Pless, Budget & Finance <br />Manager. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendars. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved the County Vouchers and <br />PAF’s. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Correspondence Log for the week ending September 4, 2020 was <br />presented. <br /> <br />REQUEST CLTAC GMAIL ACCOUNTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I requested the Board to <br />authorize her to work with IT and purchase Gmail Accounts for the <br />Consolidated Lodging Tax Committee. She stated that there are <br />approximately 20 licenses. She stated that Judy Pless, Budget & <br />Finance Director has stated she will include in the Administrative <br />Costs. <br /> <br />The Board approved the request as presented. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION 2021 BUDGET COVID-19 SHERIFF <br /> <br />Clay Myers, Sheriff requested the Board’s direction on budgeting for <br />2021. He stated that he wasn’t sure if the Board wanted Departments <br />to budget like normal, but break out significant COVID-19 expenses
