. Contractor will prepare meals at their designated facility <br />. Contractor will deliver meals once per day, following safety procedures outlined <br />below to limit any contact with recipient <br />Services will be provided for a two-week period for each individual, unless otherwise <br />authoi'ized by the EOC or KCPHD. <br />Some individuals may require a combination of Service 1 and 2, in which case the <br />Contractor must get written approval from County before providing both services to a <br />single household. <br />Cost for allgrocery and prepared meal delivery will be paid by the County. When individuals <br />are no longer under isolation or quarantine orders, the services outlined above will no longer <br />be eligible for reimbursement by the County. The Contractor may elect to continue services <br />at cost to their organization. <br />Safety procedures: Contractor will take all necessary steps to limit any contact with <br />individuals receiving grocery or mealdelivery. Steps will include: <br />n Leaving delivery on r"ecipient's doorstepo Notifying recipient of delivery by phone from the deiivery van <br />.
