EXHIBIT "A' <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />ln addition to providing all materialand labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br />I. SCOPE OF SERVICE <br />1. The Contractor is to remove I units listed below along with allaccessory attachments and <br />a. 900 N. Alder <br />b. LaundryRoom <br />c. Space#3 <br />d. Space#12 <br />e. Space#21t. Space#23 <br />g. Space#44 <br />h. Space#S2i. Space # 75 <br />2. The Coun$ has turned off all water and power to these units, but the Contractor is <br />responsible for disconnecting all utilities from the units and marking the utilities. <br />3. To the extent possible the Contractor is to recycle as much of the metalas possible. <br />4. AHazardous material assessment has'been completed for all of the structures and all <br />identified materials will need to be removed in accordance with industry standards. <br />5. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining allne@ssary permits, licenses, and insurance, <br />and ensuring all related regulatory compliance under Federaland State law, including <br />those specific requirements of the Washington Department of Labor and lndustries, City <br />and County. <br />6. Work shall be substantially complete within 60 Calendar day of Notice to proceed,
