All compensation reeeived by the eonffac'tor will be reported to the lnternel Revenue Service at the end of the cglendar year in accordance wiih the applicabie lR regulations. lt is the responsibility of the Confactor to make the necessary estimated tax payments throughout the year, if any, and the eontractsr is solely liabie fsr any tax obligation arising from the Coniractar's performance of this Agreement.
