EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I. SCOPE OF SERVICE <br /> <br /> <br />1. The Contractor is to remove 9 units listed below along with all accessory attachments and <br /> <br />a. 900 N. Alder <br />b. Laundry Room <br />c. Space # 3 <br />d. Space #12 <br />e. Space #21 <br />f. Space#23 <br />g. Space #44 <br />h. Space #52 <br />i. Space # 75 <br /> <br />2. The County has turned off all water and power to these units, but the Contractor is <br />responsible for disconnecting all utilities from the units and marking the utilities. <br />3. To the extent possible the Contractor is to recycle as much of the metal as possible. <br />4. A Hazardous material assessment has been completed for all of the structures and all <br />identified materials will need to be removed in accordance with industry standards. <br />5. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance, <br />and ensuring all related regulatory compliance under Federal and State law, including <br />those specific requirements of the Washington Department of Labor and Industries, City <br />and County. <br />6. Work shall be substantially complete within 60 Calendar day of Notice to proceed. <br /> <br />
