➢ .01 cents reimbursement for fee collecting, charging and handing back Chirping <br />devices to the inmates. <br />➢ 5 -year contract. <br />➢ 42% commission on telephone revenue throughout the entire contract. <br />➢ 20% commission on all remote video visitation revenue. All on-site video <br />visitation no charge to the end-user. <br />➢ 20% commission on all revenue generated on tablets or kiosks including e- <br />mails, calls, remote video visitation, music, movies and all revenue generated applications. All <br />applications that are free to inmate no monies will be generated for the facility. <br />All commissions are based upon true gross or usage.
