The <br />Board directed Director Cook to work with Legal and formalize a <br />Purchase & Sale Agreement as discussed. <br /> <br />PLANNING COVID-19 COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />There were no updates. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined for the week of August 24, 2020 that they would <br />share on their Facebook page any Press Releases from Public Health <br />relating to COVID-19; as well as information about the 4-H Livestock <br />Auction and the Press Release for the new Courthouse Advisory <br />Committee. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES- <br /> <br />Chairman Wachsmith asked the Board to think about creating a policy <br />where Department Head’s and Elected’s only bring forward salary <br />increases twice a year. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright asked that the Chair put together a letter on <br />behalf of the Board to go out reminding the Management Team to <br />complete their responsibilities with the Capital Facilities Plan <br />work so that the County can be in compliance with GMA.
