Specifically, that would include all of that portion of South Cie Elum Way north <br />of the northern Grant Avenue right-of-way line, a distance of 598 feet and a width of <br />sixty feet, to the south abutment of the Yakima River Bridge. This is currently the <br />property of Kittitas County. The Town already owns and maintains the rest of South Cie <br />Elum Way so the additional maintenance burden would be negligible. This right of way <br />would enable the Town to better manage future development including through the <br />installation of utilities and ingress/egress to portions of the Town.
