Combined with December trip to perform County inspections <br />ITEM NO. 6.0 - BRIDGE INSPECTION REPAIR LIST <br />Upon completion of all bridge inspections, KPFF will compile a list of all repairs for the 2020 <br />County bridges (including short spans). This list will be in Microsoft Excel format. <br />ASSUMPTIONS <br />a <br />o <br />New Construction at Fairview Road Bridge will replace existing short span bridges <br />89141-OB, 89142-OB, and 89144-OB. lnspections for the existing bridges do not need <br />to be performed this year. <br />No allowance is made for weather in the attached fee. Our general policy is to inspect in <br />difficult weather conditions but not engage in conditions or situations resulting from the <br />weather that the Team Leader feels are clearly unsafe. lf such situations arise the <br />inspection will be rescheduled for as-soon-as-possib/e. Additional costs resulting from <br />weather delays will be issued to the County prior to any changes of the current schedule <br />or budget, for approval. <br />The County will provide a Co-lnspector that will assist the KPFF Team Leader on all <br />inspections. Should the County provided Co-lnspector not be available for the scheduled <br />trip, KPFF will provide a co-inspector. Additional costs for the KPFF provided Co- <br />lnspector and/or changes to the inspection schedule will be issued to the County for <br />review and approval prior to commencement of the work. <br />a
