SPECITIC AUITEORTZATTON <br />crJrENT hereby authbrizes cArEwAY to install equipnentspecified herein and to provide telephone service foi aLlinmate telephones located at CLfE$t,S designated site.During the term of the Agreement, GATEWAY shall be theerclusj.ve provider of innate teJ-ephone senrice at theCLIENT's designated sj.te. <br />3. PRODUC.rS AND SERVTCE8 !O BE PNOVTDED3.1 GATEWAY shall install and maintain, at its sole costaTd erpense, alr phones as required. GAEEWAY may contractwith a locar contractor to instalr telephones ana wiring. <br />GATEWAY personnel will oversee contractorrs work to assurethat all work has been pelformed according to specifieationand then place the Systen in service.3.2 If additional wiring or conduit needs to be run inorder to complete installation, GATEWAY may enploy alicensed contractor. CLTENT shall have the optfon of nainingsuch contractor.3.3 CATEWAY shall maintain the lnmate telephone systemin operational condition at all tines. should brealcdownoccur or should the system become inoperable or not <br />lunctioning in accordance with speciflcationl. CLTENT sh,allirunediatery contact cATEwAy's senrice department at l-go0-395-1535 and describe the nature of the problern. GATEWAYpersonner will then attempt to remotely diagaose and correctthe probrem. All repair work sharl be done ln such a manneras to minimize the d,i sruption of inrnate telephond serrriceand assure the integirity of facility security at att tjmes. <br />pagelof3pages
