,{ <br />KIl |rItrE8 COI'NIIY BOARD O]F COUUIS ONERS <br />RESOI,U|IIOII NO. <br />RESOLUTION GOVERNING THE DISTRIBUTION OF REVENUE <br />FROM KITTITAS COTTNTY PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING INI-{ATE <br />TELEPHONE SERVICES. <br />WHEREAS, an inmate telephone servj.ce was installed in the <br />Kittitas County Public Safety Building, Kittitas County <br />Sherifffs Departrnent, by Gateway technology, Inc., Carrollton, <br />Texas, in June of 1991r' and <br />WHEREAS, the installation of this system results in the <br />receLpts of certain revenues from inmate initiated telephone <br />calls frorn the Kittitas County Pub1ic Safety Building; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Kittitas County Conmissioners, <br />having consLdered this revenue and the fair and rational <br />dlstribution of such revenue, concludes that it should be used <br />for the benefit of the Public Safety Building facilities-'and <br />inmates housed therein; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Kittitas County Cornmissioners, have <br />previously, through Resolution 91-109, established the <br />appropriate uses for such funds, and the proper locatlon <br />within the accounts of Kittitas County for such funds to be <br />deposlted; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Kittltas County Cornmlssioners have <br />ResoLutlon No.qh- t4b
