i <br />XIETITAS COIINTY BOARD OF COMI{I8A ONERT' <br />RESOI,UTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION GOVERNING THE DISTRIBUTION OF REVENUE <br />FROM KTTTITAS COUNTY PUBLIC SAFETY BUTLDTNG IN}TATE <br />TELEPHONE SERVTCES. <br />WHEREAS, an inmate telephone service was instarled in the <br />Kittitas county pubric safety Building, Kittitas county <br />sheriffrs Department, by Gateway technorogy, rnc., carrorrton, <br />Texas, in June of 1991; and <br />WHEREAS, the instarration of this system resurts in the <br />receipts of certain revenues from inmate initiated telephone <br />calls from the Kittitas county pubric safety Building; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Kittitas County Conmissioners, <br />having considered this revenue and the fair and rationaL <br />dlstribution of such revenue, concrudes that it should be used <br />for the benefit of the pubric safety Building facirities-'and <br />inmates housed therein; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Kittitas county conrnissioners, have <br />previously, through Resolution 91-109, established the <br />appropriate uses for such funds, and the proper rocation <br />within the accounts of Kittitas county for such funds to be <br />deposited; and <br />WHF;REAS, the Board of Kittitas county cornnissioners have <br />Resolution No.4b- t4b
