31. Prevailinq Waqe: <br />contractor shall pay the prevailing rate of wages to ail workers, laborers, or mechanicsemployed in the performance of any part of the work in accordance with RCW 39.12and the rules and regulations of the Department of Labor and lndustries. The scheduleof prevailing wages rates for the locality or localitie, or tn" work is oetlimined by thelndustrial statistician of the Department of Labor and tndustries. lt is the contractor,sresponsibility to verifythe applicable prevailing wage rate. lt is understood that thecontractor is responsible for obtaining.and.completing all required government formsand submitting same to the proper authorities. <br />Disputes regarding prev.ailing wage rates shall be referred for arbitration to the Directorof the Department of Labor Jnd lidustries.
