EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br />AEU will provide and install a jail duress system. In each control area, AEU will <br />install hardwired "mushroom" type large pushbuttons labeled "DURESS." Once <br />activated, the control room touch screen system will automatically transfer to the <br />alternate control room. In the control room where the duress button was <br />activated, the touch screens will deactivate. If both control rooms are <br />compromised, the entire jail control system will shut down. In such an event, the <br />only way to restore the system will be through a reset switch inside the security <br />electronics area of the jail. <br />Inclusions: <br />1)"AII technician travel time and expenses. <br />2),/All Citect HMI & PLC programming. <br />3j/AEU technicians will connect the cabling in the control rooms for the <br />duress buttons. <br />4) AEU will provide detailed cable riser diagram. <br />Exluspns: <br />1) Cable and installation of cable inside the jail from the PLC to the control <br />rooms. <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 09/2412018) <br />Page 13 of 17 <br />
