8. COMMISSIONS <br />8.1 GATEWAY shall pay the CLIENT an amount of money <br />equivalent to twenty five (25%) of gross revenues received <br />by GATEWAY from the Billing and Collection agent, calculated <br />monthly, from inmate telephone calls orginating from the <br />jail ,facility and processed by GATEWAY's equipment. <br />Commissions paid on local and long distance calls. <br />8.2. Commissions shall be payable to: <br />Kittitas County Corrections Center <br />205 West 5th Avenue <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />8.3 In consideration for renewal of the agreement <br />GATEWAY will furnish and install at no expense to Kittitas <br />County Jail 3 new sets of sound powered visitor phones. Cost <br />of phones $753.00. <br />9. Any notices to be given hereunder shall be directed <br />as follows: <br />To: Kittitas Co. Corr. This Agreement represents the entire agreement <br />between the parties and supersedes all prior oral and <br />written communications. <br />11. This agreement shall not be binding upon either <br />party until accepted in writing by an authorized <br />representative of GATEWAY at its offices in Carrollton, <br />Texas. Upon such acceptance this.
