had the time to review how that Resolution has controlled <br />these funds, and the practical application of such Resolution <br />to these funds; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Kittitas county commissioners finds <br />that there is a continuing and ongoing need for capital <br />improvement and capital repair in the Public Safety Building; <br />NOW THEREFORE, <br />BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED as follows: <br />1. Such funds shall no longer be deposited into the <br />Capital Improvements Fund, under title "Public Safety Building <br />Projects", rather, such funds shall be deposited to the <br />General Fund. Such change shall not authorize a different use <br />of these funds from the prior Resolution, except as authorized <br />herein. <br />2. Ninety percent(90-%) of all net revenue from the <br />Inmate Telephone Service shall be deposited into the General <br />Fund for the account of Public Safety Building Projects, which <br />money shall be used for capital improvements, to include both <br />projects to improve the building as well as for replacement <br />of, and acquisition of, equipment necessary to run the Public <br />Safety Building, as governed by the Revised code of <br />Washington, county ordinances, and State Auditor's Office. <br />Resolution No. - 1416:2 <br />
