KITTITAS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2 <br />RESOLUTION GOVERNING THE DISTRIBUTION OF REVENUE <br />FROM KITTITAS COUNTY PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING INMATE <br />TELEPHONE SERVICES. <br />WHEREAS, an inmate telephone service was installed in the <br />Kittitas County Public Safety Building, Kittitas County <br />Sheriff's Department, by Gateway technology, Inc., Carrollton, <br />Texas, in June of 1991; and <br />WHEREAS, the installation of this system results in the <br />receipts of certain revenues from inmate initiated telephone <br />calls from the Kittitas County Public Safety Building; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, <br />having considered this revenue and the fair and rational <br />distribution of such revenue, concludes that it should be used <br />for the benefit of the Public Safety Building facilities -and <br />inmates housed therein; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, have <br />previously, through Resolution 91-109, established the <br />appropriate uses for such funds, and the proper location <br />within the accounts of Kittitas County for such funds to be <br />deposited; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners have <br />Resolution No. j(d"�&7 <br />
