KITTITASCOUNTYLEASEAMENDMENTTHISAMENDMENTTOLEASEismadeanddatedthisdayofI,2020,byandbetweenKITTITASCOUNTY,amunicipalcorporationintheStateofWashington,hereinafterreferredtoastheLESSOR,andFIRST&LASTCHANCETAVER,LLC,hereinafterreferredtoastheLESSEE.WITNESSETH:WHEREAS,LesseeandLessorenteredintoaleaseforthepremisesuponwhichtheFirst&LastChanceTavernislocated(the'premises')onJune25,2019;andWHEREAS,theleaselimitstheallowableusestothesaleoffoodanddrink(andrelatedstorage);andWHEREAS,Lesseedesirestoofferlicensedpulltabsaswell,andtheLessorconsentstosuchadditionaluse.NOW,THEREFORE,ITISHEREBYAGREEDbyandbetweenthepartiestoachangeinleasetermsasfollows:Paragraph2"USE"isamendedtoreadasfollows:LesseeshallusethePremisesfortheretailsaleofbeveragesandfooditems,appropriatelylicensedpulltabs,andrelatedstorageandshallnotuseorpermitthepremisestobeusedforanyotherpurposewithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLessor.AIIothertermsandconditionsoftheaforementionedleaseshallremainthesame.INWITNESSWHEREOF,theLessorandLesseehavesignedtheirnamesandaffixedtheirsealsthedayandyearfirstwrittenabove.
