BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020 - 12b <br />AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO <br />WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT <br />GM 752 <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners entered into a general <br />agreement with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) <br />supporting Interstate 90 (I-90) construction with agreement GM 752; and <br />WHEREAS: WSDOT is embarking on another phase of I-90 construction impacting existing <br />westbound lanes and a portion of Sparks Road; and , <br />WHEREAS: Both parties to the agreement concur that actions contemplated in Amendment <br />No. 1 to GM 752 are in each other's interest and the interest of the motoring <br />public; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby authorize the Chair's signature on Amendment No. 1 to <br />WSDOT agreement GM 752. <br />DATED this 22nd day of June 2020, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />` o°„nwuninnp,, <br />SIONEq '% <br />=Q •. �/ 'fie; <br />Alt .
