BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020 -� <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON COUNTY ROAD <br />ADMINISTRATION BOARD FUNDING CONTRACT FOR VANTAGE HIGHWAY <br />WHEREAS: The County Road Administration Board (CRAB) has previously allocated <br />$1,039,660 in Rural Arterial Program (RAP) funding toward Public Works' <br />Vantage Highway improvement project; and <br />WHEREAS: CRAB is now offering an additional $268,200 in funding towards the Vantage <br />Highway improvement project; and <br />WHEREAS: CRAB requires the Board of County Commission Chairman sign the funding <br />agreement on behalf of the full Board; and <br />WHEREAS: The additional funding offsets financial impact to the County Road Fund (106); <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby authorize the Chair's signature on CRAB's funding <br />contract providing and additional $268,200 in RAP funding towards the Vantage Highway <br />improvement project (RC1913). <br />DATED this 22nd day of June 2020, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />g10 N ERS <br />` Oma•• ••� •�•''•. 2�`; <br />,J <br />i° <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />C�a,Dy eputy Clerk of t e Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, 3KASHINGTON <br />Chairman <br />ABSENT <br />Cory Wright, Commissioner <br />
