KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />STUDY SESSION STAFF REPORT <br />STUDY SESSION DATE: June 22, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Correcting Scrivener <br />Error on Resolution 2020-122, a resolution Authorizing the <br />Chair's Signature on the Local Agency Federal Aid Project <br />Prospectus for the Bullfrog Road Project, CRP 300-20. <br />BACKGROUND: On June 16, 2020 the Board of County Commissioners <br />approved Resolution 2020-122 Authorizing the Chair's <br />Signature on the Local Agency Federal Aid Project <br />Prospectus for the Bullfrog Road Project, CRP 300-20. <br />After Board approval it was discovered that the title of said <br />resolution contained a scrivener's error and needs to be <br />corrected. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution Correcting Scrivener Error on <br />Resolution 2020-122, a resolution Authorizing the Chair's <br />Signature on the Local Agency Federal Aid Project <br />Prospectus for the Bullfrog Road Project, CRP 300-20. <br />HANDLING: Return two (2) originals to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark Cook, Director <br />
