reasonable under the circumstances, Grantor may proceed with such action <br />without consent. <br />7.3 Optional consultation. If Grantor is unsure whether a proposed use or activity is <br />prohibited by this Easement, Grantor may consult Grantee by providing written notice <br />to Grantee describing the nature, scope, design, location, timetable, and any other <br />material aspect of the proposed use or activity in sufficient detail to permit Grantee to <br />make an informed judgment as to its consistency with the Purpose of this Easement <br />and to provide comments thereon to Grantor. This Section 7.3 does not itself impose a <br />requirement of prior consent of the activity described in any such notice. <br />7.4 Addresses for Notices.
