JUNE 23, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith;(Via WebEx): Vice- <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Via WebEx: Mandy <br />Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Amy Cziske, Treasurer; Barb <br />Demory, Lower District Court Administrator; Candie Leader, <br />Administrative Supervisor; Chris Whitsett, Inspector; Cori McKean, <br />Office Administrator; Lacie Dawson, Program Manager; Darren <br />Higashiyama, Chief Deputy; Diana MacKenzie, Upper District Court <br />Administrator; Doug Fessler, Network Administrator; Lisa Murray, <br />Administrative Supervisor; Lisa Young, Human Resource Director; Neil <br />Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor; Pat Gigstead, Chief Probation Officer; <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Interim Maintenance <br />Director/Project Manager; Sue Higginbotham, Chief Administrator; <br />Sarah Keith, Superior Court Administrator; Stephanie Hartung, Deputy <br />Prosecutor; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Val <br />Barschaw, Clerk; Mike Flory, Building Official; Steve Panattoni, <br />Jail Superintendent; Andrea Morse, Office Assistant; and Jerry <br />Pettit, Auditor. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING PLANNING UPDATE/COVID-19 COMMISSIONERS <br />At 10:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting to <br />discuss Planning Updates/COVID-19. <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz said several members of the Management Team <br />have asked for direction on how to prepare for reopening the <br />County buildings since we are now in Phase. There was discussion <br />from Elected Officials and Department Heads on on reopening their <br />offices to serve the public in person. Lisa Young, Human <br />Recourse Director, offered to create a spreadsheet for <br />Departments to input their information on how they are preparing <br />to handle reopening to ensure the information is located in one <br />place. Steve Panattoni, Jail Superintendent, said there were <br />protocols in place for the Courthouse Security personnel, <br />including how to field questions from the public. He suggested <br />maybe revisiting signage for any possible changes. The Courthouse <br />will be opening the doors to the public on Monday June 29, 2020. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
