07/07/2020 MINUTES 3 <br /> <br /> <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING SALES & USE TAX COMMISSIONERS <br />Approve a Notice of Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance Adopting <br />Legislation to Authorize a Sales and Use Tax for Affordable and <br />Supportive Housing in Accordance with Substitute House Bill 1406, to be <br />held on Tuesday July 21, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners <br />Auditorium Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5th Avenue, <br />Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. <br /> LEASE AMENDMENT – PATRY AIRPORT <br />Approve an Amendment to a Lease Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />Andrew Patry, for Lot H-32-0.18 acres – 7,925.25 sq. ft. of land located <br />at Bowers Field within the Aeronautical Area. <br /> AGREEMENT XEROX FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC UPPER DISTRICT COURT <br />Approve an Agreement between Kittitas County and Yakima Document <br />Solutions /Xerox Financial Services, LLC, for a Xerox AltaLink C8045 <br />copy machine in the Upper District Court. <br /> AGREEMENT RED LION HOTEL PUBLIC HEALTH <br />Approve a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />the Red Lion Hotel, to provide a block of rooms for use by guests <br />referred by the County for 30 days with the ability to extend, if needed <br />from May 25, 2020 through June 23, 2020. <br /> AGREEMENT i-ACT PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT JUVENILE <br />Approve a Program Agreement No. 2063-83711 between the State of <br />Washington, Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) and <br />Kittitas County for the i-ACT Program Development, in the amount of <br />$4,000.00, for the period beginning March 1, 2020 through June 30, 2020. <br /> CONTRACT WA STATE MILITARY DEPT. - KITTCOM COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Approve Contract Number E21-024, between Kittitas County and the <br />Washington State Military Department and State Enhanced 911 Funds, and a <br />Signature Authorization Form, in the amount of $316,236.00 from July 1, <br />2020 through August 15, 2021. <br /> RESOLUTION 2020-127 AUTHORIZED CASH BALANCES AUDITOR <br />Approve Resolution No. 2020-127, A Resolution Changing Authorized Cash <br />Balances for Petty Cash, Revolving Funds, Till Accounts, Funds on <br />Deposit, etc. for 2020. <br />
