Disputes, Either the Contractor or JR may initiate a dispute claim for consideration by the other party, <br />as it relates to the terms of this Agreement, or to the services provided by the Contractor under the <br />terms of this Agreement. In accordance with the JR dispute resolution process, attempts to resolve <br />disputes shall initially be addressed and be resolved at the lowest level possible between the <br />Contractor and JR organization, which initiated the contract.
