Terminate the Contract; <br />b. Require that the Contractor return all Data to DCYF that was previously provided to the Contractor <br />by DCYF; or <br />c. Suspend the Contractor's access to accounts and other information. <br />16. Public Disclosure. <br />a. If a third party requester seeks information of the Contractor for DCYF Data, a copy of the <br />notice/request shall be emailed to DCYF byway of the DCYF Contracts and Procurement Office <br />email at dcyf.contractdatabrearhpdcvF.wa.uav within three calendar (3) days of third party request. <br />b.
