BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020 - <br />TO AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR THE COLEMAN CREEK CULVERT <br />REPLACEMENT AT VANTAGE HIGHWAY PROJECT CRP #299-19 AND <br />AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE THE SAME <br />WHEREAS: The call for sealed bids was authorized by the Kittitas County Board of <br />Commissioners on May 11, 2020; and <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works solicited bids for the Coleman Creek <br />Culvert Replacement at Vantage Highway Project in accordance with <br />RCW 36.77.020 Contract Procedures; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on June 1, 2020 at the Kittitas County Permit <br />Center, Department of Public Works, 411 N. Ruby Street, Suite 1, <br />Ellensburg, WA; and <br />WHEREAS: Two (2) bids were received for the prescribed work.
