06/16/2020 MINUTES 4 <br /> <br /> <br />the Right-of-Way Documents and to Authorize the Public Works Director to <br />Execute the Same. <br /> RESOLUTION 2020-121 BIG BOULDER CREEK ROAD BRIDGE PUBLIC WORKS <br />Approve Resolution No. 2020-121, Awarding a Contract for the Big Boulder <br />Creek Road Bridge Replacement Project and to Authorize the Public Works <br />Director to Execute the Same. <br /> RESOLUTION 2020-122 BULLFROG ROAD PROJECT PUBLIC WORKS <br />Approve Resolution No. 2020-122, Authorizing the Chairman’s Signature on <br />the Local Agency Federal Aid Project Prospectus for the Bullfrog Road <br />Project, CRP 300-20. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE – NONE ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS – NONE CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS - NONE BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS - NONE MISCELLANEOUS <br />Commissioner Wright suggested allowing for public comment at the <br />upcoming Board of Health meeting. He said the County was on the cusp of <br />submitting their Phase 3 application to the State and he felt it would <br />be beneficial to allow citizens to provide comments. He said he’d like <br />to follow up at a later date to discuss if there’s still a need for the <br />current State of Emergency that Kittitas County is currently under. <br />Chairman Wachsmith mentioned how citizens can always submit written <br />comments at any time. Commissioner Osiadacz said she didn’t feel there <br />would be any harm in allowing people to provide public comments during <br />the Board of Health meeting on Thursday.
