He said the County was on the cusp of <br />submitting their Phase 3 application to the State and he felt it would <br />be beneficial to allow citizens to provide comments. He said he’d like <br />to follow up at a later date to discuss if there’s still a need for the <br />current State of Emergency that Kittitas County is currently under. <br />Chairman Wachsmith mentioned how citizens can always submit written <br />comments at any time. Commissioner Osiadacz said she didn’t feel there <br />would be any harm in allowing people to provide public comments during <br />the Board of Health meeting on Thursday.
