06/15/2020 MINUTES 2 <br />UPDATES COVID-19 COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />There were brief updates provided by the Board of County <br />Commissioners relating to COVID-19. Commissioner Wright suggested <br />allowing public comments at the Board of Health meeting scheduled <br />for June 18, 2020, as well as having a State of Emergency Status as <br />a status agenda item to allow for discussion on if there is a need <br />to continue with the Order. The Board agreed to Commissioner <br />Wright’s recommendation and Chairman Wachsmith said he would reach <br />out to the Public Health Department to let them know. <br /> DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board determined for the week of June 15, 2020 that they would <br />share on their Facebook page any Press Releases from Public Health <br />and other information relating to COVID-19; and to thank agencies <br />for their hard work in helping capture a fugitive who had been on <br />the run for the past several weeks. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br />Each Commissioner may use this time to brief the Board on varying <br />topics and discussions they independently had throughout the <br />previous week. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:25 a.m. <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> Julie Kjorsvik Brett Wachsmith, Chairman
